9. I enter my bio-data at www.gurukripamarriage.com. I don't make payment,but I have temporary profile ID,username & password. Can I login and search with my username & password ?
Yes,After activation,you can login with your login name and password.

10. I am not pay the membership fee, can I edit or change my profile ?

14. I am using free membership plan. How can upgrade it to paid membership?
You can pay the upgrading charges shown in payment details or contact at office for more details.

15. How long my registration(membership) is valid?
Validity of paid membership(registration) is based on months ( 6 months or 12 months ) or until the marriage is fixed (Which is earlier,that is).

16. I am not a paid member.While searching I view some profiles matching for me. How I can contact these members?

Yes. You can view the horoscope(if they added) details to verify whether it is matching or not (and note that without opening the contact details link page, your maximum profile count of 150 nos will not decreased.)

26. I am a golden member. Can I view the horoscope & deatils without contact details to verify horoscope is matching for me ?
Yes. You can view the horoscope(if they added) details to verify whether it is matching or not (and note that without opening the contact details link page, your maximum profile count of 60 nos will not decreased.)

27. I am a platinum member. Is only 150 profile I can view with horoscope ?
No. You can view all profiles without contact details for 1 year with horoscope(if they added) . (most members are verifying horoscope details first and if horoscope is matching only they go to contact address page.If you open the contact address link page only it will read as count)

28. I am a golden member. Is only 60 profile I can view with horoscope ?
No. You can view all profiles without contact details for 6 months with horoscope(if they added) . (most members are verifying horoscope details first and if horoscope is matching only they go to contact address page.If you open the contact address link page only it will read as count)

29. I am a platinum member. I had taken 150 profiles with contact detail within 1 month but again I saw some profiles matching for me, to get contact details of these matching profile what I want to do?
Again if you want to take contact details through online within the same registration period you have to pay an additional fee. For details contact administrator.

Check your photo format and size of photo. Be sure your photo (file size)must be below 250 kb size.

Login with your username and password. Open "My Account" page you can see add/change photo link. Open it and make tick mark at appropriate space provided to remove photo and save it. Now photo is removed from your profile and login again to add new photo as mentioned above.
